Not again!

So gas prices are going up because Hurricane Ike is hitting the Gulf Coast where a lot of our oil refineries are located.

But aren't we ALWAYS hearing about how dependent we are on foreign oil and that is the reason why prices are so high? If this is the case, then why is a domestic hurricane causing such an increase?

Just sayin!
