Oh Lady Gaga. My disdain for you grows on a daily basis, and this picture did nothing to help. If someone has to hold your hand in order for you to walk in a "fabulous" pair of shoes, then it's time to put down the crack pipe and pick up a pair of Chuck Taylors.
