I wish everyone would quit it with the plastic surgery. If you are an older woman who needs some facial reconstructing, then by all means, go for it. If you need a little nose job, or want bigger boobs, I support you! But really Kim Kardashian? You're already one of the most attractive women in the world. Don't ruin this for yourself by overdoing it with the scalpel.
