Ok if we're being honest, I haven't even heard of some of these people. What I do know is that a lot of the people that I do know on this list are not in appropriate spots (really? the Jonas Brothers and Taylor Swift got a higher ranking than The Raconteurs/ Nas?).
My opinion of Rolling Stone is that they have zero music credibility. Those of you that read/subscribe to the magazine know that it is nothing but a publication to push a political agenda and that their reviews are rarely spot on.
